Easy Pin Cushion and a Thank You Card

YAAH! FINALLY CATCHING UP

Wow, I haven't posted anything in a while.
But if you've ever had a family member who's been sick or injured, your blog was probably  your last priority too.

For me, it was my mother. She fell twice due to some spinal compressions and broke 4 bones in her body! It's been a crazy run of doctors and hospitals and surgeries for her. But the Lord has blessed us and she is on the mend. It will be a while until she's on her feet but with a little faith in God's power and all the good doctors, she should be back on her feet in a couple of months.

Mean time, I finally got to spend yesterday in my craft room. So I wanted to show you what I came up with thanks to a wonderful lady I sooo admire. Her name is Becca Feeken from www.amazingpapergrace.com . I was looking for something special and as usual Becca did not disappoint. Her latest invention is a pin cushion made from tiny picture frames. The best part is how easy they are. Using the instructions from Becca's video tutorial, it only takes a few minutes.

I just used what I had around the house, but with a few inexpensive purchases and a couple of hours, these would make cute little party favors or holiday gifts, extra little gift attachments or anytime you need a little something for groups of people.
I whipped up the card to go with this
pin cushion as a thank you for someone.

And the pictures are not great, but I'll have that solved
very soon. My adorable daughter gave me a light box for my
birthday! So, my photos will be looking awesome as
soon as I get it all set up.

I hope to post again soon. But when you have a moment, hop on over to Becca's fabulous blog and check out her original design for these adorable and easy pin cushions.

Till next time, have a blessed day!
